Accumulator-plus is a biguint based simple accumulator suitable for biguint testing applications in various scenarios.

== Description

At its heart, Accumulator-plus is a combination of three technologies: Rsa、Accumulator、Batch calculation.
We have provided a use case that facilitates learning.
