Async implementation of brainfuck interpreter. Name inspired by paper: [Discoveries on the role of oxidative stress in neurodegenerative diseases](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22583954) which investigates 'Rust' might be the trigger of Alzheimer.
