## IMPORTANT
All pull requests *must* compile, pass all tests, and have documentation for new/changed public APIs. Also, changes should be summarised in CHANGELOG.md. **I WILL NOT ACCEPT PRS IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THIS!**
