- [**BREAKING**] `YoetzPlugin` can - and must - be configured to crank
  `YoetzAdvisor` at any schedule. This is a breaking change because
  `YoetzAdvisor::default()` is no longer available and `YoetzAdvisor::new()`
  must be used instead to specify the schedule.
