bofh bugs:
- bofhd: some boolean command attributes (repeat, optional) are strings and not bools
- jbofh: internal command "commands" is not recognized by help or tab completion
- jbofh: internal commands script/source are not recognized by help
- jbofh/pybofh: "commands" just dumps internal commands table
