The envoy protobufs are copied and modified from the envoy-control-plane crate
originally written by Bobby Powers. It has been trimmed down to include only the
types necessary for the ext-processor crate.

The AUTHORS and LICENSE here also applies to src/protobufs.rs and build.rs in this subcrate.
