# Lesbian-Only Software License (LOSL) v1.0

## 1. Preamble

This software license is specifically designed to permit use of the software only by individuals who identify as lesbians. By using this software, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

## 2. Definitions

- **Software**: The software provided under this license, including any associated documentation files, binaries, source code, updates, or modifications.
- **User**: Any individual who uses the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who download, install, execute, or interact with the Software in any manner.
- **Lesbian**: For the purposes of this license, a lesbian is defined as follows:
  - **Identity**: An individual who personally identifies as a woman, including but not limited to cisgender women, transgender women, and non-binary individuals who align with womanhood.
  - **Attraction**: An individual who experiences romantic, emotional, and/or sexual attraction exclusively or predominantly to other individuals who identify as women.
  - **Cisgender Woman**: An individual whose gender identity aligns with the sex they were assigned at birth and who identifies as a woman.
  - **Transgender Woman**: An individual whose gender identity differs from the sex they were assigned at birth and who identifies as a woman.
  - **Non-Binary Individual**: An individual whose gender identity does not fit within the traditional binary of male or female but who aligns themselves with womanhood and is attracted to women.
  - **Romantic Attraction**: The desire to form a romantic relationship with individuals of the same gender, specifically women.
  - **Sexual Attraction**: The desire to engage in sexual activities with individuals of the same gender, specifically women.
  - **Exclusivity or Predominance**: The attraction must be exclusively or predominantly towards other women, acknowledging that sexuality can be fluid, but the primary orientation must be towards women.

## 3. License Grant

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any lesbian obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use the Software subject to the following conditions:

1. **Lesbian Identity Requirement**: Only individuals who identify as lesbians, as defined above, are granted permission to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software.
2. **Non-Lesbian Use Prohibited**: Individuals who do not identify as lesbians are expressly prohibited from using the Software in any capacity.

## 4. Usage Verification

1. **Self-Identification**: Users are trusted to self-identify as lesbians. No verification process is required beyond the user's self-declaration.
2. **Respect and Privacy**: The privacy and self-identification of all users must be respected. No user is required to disclose their identity or personal details to use the Software.

## 5. Redistribution

1. **Lesbian-Only Redistribution**: Redistribution of the Software is permitted only if the terms of this license are maintained, and the Software is distributed exclusively to individuals who identify as lesbians.
2. **License Inclusion**: Any copy of the Software, whether modified or unmodified, must include this license.

## 6. U-Haul Clause

1. **Mandatory U-Haul Usage**: If the User is a lesbian and is moving in with a partner, the User may only use this Software if the User utilizes U-Haul for their moving needs. Use of any other moving company is strictly prohibited under this license.
2. **Verification of Compliance**: To comply with this clause, the User must provide a written declaration that they have used U-Haul for moving in with their partner. This declaration should include the following details:
   - The date of the move.
   - The starting and ending locations of the move.
   - The U-Haul vehicle or service used (e.g., truck rental, moving van, etc.).
   - A brief confirmation that no other moving company was used for the move.
   - The declaration does not need to be submitted but should be maintained for potential audit purposes. Users are trusted to adhere to this condition in good faith.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

## 9. Termination

This license and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by the User of the terms of this license. Upon termination, the User must cease all use and distribution of the Software.

By using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
