### Source Contributions via Pull Requests

1. We require all contributors to acknowledge and agree to the [Developer Certificate of Origin](https://developercertificate.org/)
   by using [git's `--signoff` option](https://git-scm.com/docs/git-commit#Documentation/git-commit.txt--s).
