DRIVER AIDS:

Wheel lockup lights. This car has ABS braking. When the front wheels lock, purple

LED's illuminate on two pods located on the instrument binnacle corresponding to the road

wheel that's locking (e.g. left side lights for front left lockup). The number of lights

corresponds to the severity of the lockup, with one light being a minor lockup and

four being severe.

Rear wheel lockup lights. When the rear wheels lock, yellow

LED's illuminate on two pods located on the instrument binnacle corresponding to the road

wheel that's locking (e.g. left side lights for rear left lockup). The number of lights

corresponds to the severity of the lockup, with one light being a minor lockup and

four being severe.

Wheel spin / TC active lights. This car indicates when the traction control is active

by illuminating 4 purple LED's on the steering wheel, and flashing all of the LED's

that are used to indicate wheel lockup in blue.

This setup is intended as a general starting point for your first time in the car. As such it shares similarities to the medium downforce setups to cover a wide range of tracks with a few changes to reduce the responsiveness of the car for those new to it.

Should you choose to make adjustments to the setup the easiest way to change the balance of the setup is through adjustment of the rear wing angle. However, it is recommended that once you are comfortable with the car you move to the "Medium Downforce Sprint" setup.

Lower wing angle = more oversteer, less downforce and higher straightline speed.

Higher wing angle = more understeer, more downforce and lower straightline speed.

The fuel level in this setup is set to 60 L, which is 50% of the tank capacity for this car. This is targetted towards the 40 minute sprint races which require a short stop for fuel only after approximately 30 minutes. Should the race length be over this distance, it is recommended to use an endurance setup variant.

In the event the setup fails tech inspection after fuel level changes it is likely the ride heights require adjustment. This is performed by using the spring perch offsets at either end of the car, right clicks (positive) will reduce the ride height while left clicks (negative) will increase the ride height.
