### `'^'` chiaki

simple ffmpeg helper

 1. Install Rust *bl-bl-bla*
 2. Build or download a reasonably recent version of `ffmpeg` (the CLI tool)
 3. Set $CHIAKI_FFMPEG to the path to your `ffmpeg` if it's not in your $PATH or has an unusual name
 4. Run this:

```
cargo install chiaki
```
