These files contain the underlying metadata templates for building deb and
rpm packages. To build a local package, do `make dist-deb` or `make dist-rpm`
from within the top level directory.

To build public signed packages, inspect the
[lcbpackage](https://github.com/couchbaselabs/lcbpackage) for the necessary
tooling
