This documents defines the key roles and responsibilities for the project.

## Maintainers

Maintainers lead the project's development and manage the approval of contributions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and merge pull requests
- Triage and categorize issues
- Provide feedback on features and bug fixes
- Participate in strategic planning and product roadmap
- Make releases of the project software

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated technical and leadership skills
- High level of contribution to the project
- Community-oriented and collaborative working style

## Contributors

Contributors include anyone in the community that contributes code, documentation, or other work to the project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Submit patches and pull requests to fix bugs or add features
- Triage issues and discuss open issues
- Review pull requests
- Improve documentation
- Assist with community moderation

**Requirements**:

- Basic familiarity with project code and workflows
- Collaborative mindset with positive attitude
