Helpers for working with [Dominator](https://github.com/Pauan/rust-dominator)

Most of this came directly from `Pauan`'s advice or even copy/paste from Dominator itself

It's very loose and not everything is battle-tested at the moment

`default-features` can be set to `false` to save a bit for use cases that only want the bare minimum
