Bindings to [ChaN's FatFs][FatFs] for [Drone].

## Development

Check:

```sh
$ RUSTC_WRAPPER=./clippy-wrapper.sh cargo check \

```

Test:

```sh
$ RUSTC_WRAPPER=./rustc-wrapper.sh cargo test \
