# Eligible Receiver # ================ Eligible Receiver is a tool for finding eligible receivers for a given set of conditions. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the [Eligible Receiver API](https://eligiblereceiver.cloud/). ## Installation Eligible Receiver is available as a release on [GitHub](https://github.com/TrainGRC/eligiblereceiver/releases). Download the latest release and extract the contents to a directory of your choice. You can then run the application by executing the `eligiblereceiver` binary. ## Research Network Protocols and RFCs: - TCP/IP: RFC 793, RFC 1122, RFC 1123 - HTTP: RFC 7230, RFC 7231, RFC 7232, RFC 7233, RFC 7234, RFC 7235 -
