- ./run-tests.sh a

(this is obsolete, wheels are now built on GitHub)
- make Linux wheels (the existing build/ directory may get in the way):
  DOCKER_IMAGE=quay.io/pypa/manylinux2010_x86_64
  docker pull $DOCKER_IMAGE
  docker run --rm -e PLAT=manylinux2010_x86_64 -v `pwd`:/io $DOCKER_IMAGE /io/tools/linux-wheels.sh

- make, test and upload source package to PyPI:
  python3 setup.py sdist
  python3 -m pip uninstall gemmi
  python3 -m pip install dist/gemmi-$VERSION.tar.gz
  python3 setup.py sdist upload

- commit and tag:
  git commit -a -m "change version number to $VERSION"
  git tag -a v$VERSION -m v$VERSION
  git push --follow-tags

- when AppVeyor build completes download Windows wheels artifacts
  from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/wojdyr/gemmi
  and put them where Linux wheels are: ./wheelhouse

- twine upload wheelhouse/*.whl
