Simple tool for refactoring names in an automated way.
Removes all nonstandart, illegal characters and whitespaces from names of directories and files.

Can be used either as an executable or as a crate, providing renaming and refactoring APIs.
To control what should be affected and how check DOCUMENTATION.md or run with --help flag
