### Added
- Object::constructed() can be overridden now. It is potentially unsafe to
  call any object methods in the init function so this has to be deferred to
  constructed() instead. Later versions will not provide access to the object
  in the init function anymore.

- Support for directly subclassing GObject
- Unit test with a simple object subclass using properties, signals, etc.

### Removed
- Callback guards. Unwinding across FFI boundaries is not undefined behaviour
  anymore and cleanly panics directly.
- ObjectImpl::notify(). This is directly available via GLib now.
