Set this parameter to the host name of the Gurobi Cloud entry point. Currently cloud.gurobi.com.

You must set this parameter through either a gurobi.lic file (using CLOUDHOST=host) or an empty environment. Changing
the parameter after your environment has been started will result in an error.
