The proposed implementation is:: (val: type) -> result (x) -> x * 2 --------------------------------- Implementation in other languages --------------------------------- Scala's Lambdas are nice:: (x: Int) => x * 2 (args: types) => expression Python has lambdas too:: lambda args: result Not as clean as Scala. The additional lambda keyword makes things not look as clear form first glance.
