Remote AT command console for HM series BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) device

Tested on an HM-11.

## Usage
```
hm-remote 0.1
Youmu
Remote AT console for HM series BLE device

USAGE:
    hm-remote [SUBCOMMAND]

FLAGS:
    -h, --help       Prints help information
    -V, --version    Prints version information

SUBCOMMANDS:
    connect    connect to a BLE device
    help       Prints this message or the help of the given subcommand(s)
    scan       scan BLE devices
```
