Pure Rust [Hmac
DRBG](https://csrc.nist.gov/csrc/media/events/random-number-generation-workshop-2004/documents/hashblockcipherdrbg.pdf)
implementation with support of `no_std`.

## Usage

Add `hmac-drbg = "0.1"` dependency.
