This is a fork out of https://github.com/mxinden/if-watch
The original repository is no longer maintained, and prevents cross compilation to ios targets
This was caused by the `system-configuration@0.5.0` dependency that uses a deprecated iOS interface which would be present in the bindings

# Cross platform asynchronous network watcher

Supported platforms at the moment are:
Linux, Windows and Android with a fallback for Macos and ios that polls for changes every 10s.
