## Prequisites

### Clone the project

You can clone the project by running the following command

```bash
git clone https://github.com/iotaledger/iota.rs
```

### Set Up Your .env file

After you have [cloned the project](#clone-the-project), you should:

1. Move into the project directory by running the following command:

```bash
cd iota.rs
```

2. Create your `.env` file by making a copy of the `.env.example` file by running the following command:

```bash
cp .env.example .env
```

## Run the Examples

After you have fulfilled the [prequisites](#prequisites), you can run examples by using the following command:

```bash
cargo run --example 01_get_info --release
```

You can replace the `01_get_info` by any other example from the [Rust examples directory](https://github.com/iotaledger/iota.rs/tree/dev/examples).
