# Specification

This directory contains the specification of issue states. The specification
includes the following sections:

 * [Issue states](IssueStates.md) specifies the semantics of issue states and
   serves as an introduction.
 * [Conditions](Conditions.md) specifies conditions, which are used within
   issue states.
 * [Structure](Structure.md) defines a structure for issue states as well as
   some serialization and/or configuration formats.
