#### FAQs

- `cargo add xxx` command hangs with `Blocking waiting for file lock on package cache`

- `IO error: Incorrect function. (os error 1)`
  This issue occurs in low-version `git-bash.exe`, use `git-cmd.exe`, `cmd.exe` or `powershell.exe` on windows, or `wsl.exe`, `git-cmd.exe` on linux/macos
