## SOFTWARE "jlic" v0.1.0
Copyright (c) 2024 "j-stach" ## LICENSE This Dual Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the author(s) ("Licensor") and the recipient ("Licensee") of the SOFTWARE ("software"). ### 1. GPL Option The software covered by this Agreement is licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later ("GPL"). The full text of the GPL is available [here](https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.en.html). Licensee is free to use, modify, and distribute the software under the terms of the GPL. ### 2. Proprietary Option Licensee has the option to use the software by entering into a mutual agreement ("License Contract") with Licensor. The proprietary license option provides additional rights and may include restrictions not present in the GPL. The terms and conditions of the proprietary license will be outlined in the License Contract. #### 2.a. Contractual Agreement To use the software under the proprietary license, Licensee must sign a License Contract with Licensor. The License Contract will specify the rights, obligations, and any fees associated with the proprietary license. #### 2.b. Scope of Proprietary License The proprietary license may grant additional rights, such as the ability to create proprietary derivative works without the obligation to disclose source code. The proprietary license may include limitations on the use of the software in certain contexts or industries. The proprietary license may include ethical conditions that Licensee must adhere to. ### 3. Compatibility The proprietary license option is independent of the GPL option, and Licensee may choose either option. Use of the software under the GPL, including commercial use, does not require a License Contract. Use, modification, or distribution of the software in any other context requires a License Contract. ### 4. Support and Maintenance Support and maintenance services may be available under both the GPL and the proprietary license, subject to separate agreements. ### 5. Governing Law This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by the licensor.
