LASE.rs

Lase is a Rust library for multi-DAC laser projection. 

Lase only supports the Etherdream DAC for now (via 
[etherdream.rs](https://crates.io/crates/etherdream)), but it is designed as an
abstraction layer that will support multiple hardware DACs in the future.
