This project was written for my chemistry teacher, albeit he didn't use this tool ever.

# Usage

You should put data into a text file named `students.txt` at the directory you'd like to run this tool.

`students.txt` should be a UTF-8 plain-text file, and each name of students to lottery should occupy a line.
