Molasses

An extremely early implementation of the [Message Layer Security](https://mlswg.github.io/) group
messaging protocol. This repo is based on
[draft 3](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-mls-protocol/) of the MLS protocol
specification.
