# Galadriel CSS and Nenyr License Agreement

## 1. Ownership and Rights

Patrick Gunnar, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", retains exclusive ownership and all intellectual property rights over the software products known as "Galadriel CSS" and "Nenyr". This includes, but is not limited to, all source code, documentation, design, and associated materials.

## 2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Owner grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the end user to use Galadriel CSS and Nenyr solely for their intended purposes. This license does not convey any ownership rights in Galadriel CSS or Nenyr to the end user.

## 3. Restrictions

The end user may not:
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Galadriel CSS or Nenyr.
- Distribute, sell, lease, or transfer Galadriel CSS or Nenyr, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of the Owner.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Galadriel CSS or Nenyr.

## 4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Owner may terminate this license at any time if the end user fails to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, the end user must cease all use of Galadriel CSS and Nenyr and destroy all copies in their possession.

## 5. No Warranty

Galadriel CSS and Nenyr are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Owner be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with Galadriel CSS or Nenyr.

## 6. Governing Law

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

## 7. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of Galadriel CSS and Nenyr and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties relating to them.

By using Galadriel CSS or Nenyr, the end user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement.
