# NTCIP

Rust library for National Transportation Communications for ITS (Intelligent
Transportation Systems) Protocol.  [NTCIP] is a set of standards for traffic
control devices, such as _dynamic message signs_, _ramp meters_ and _traffic
signals_.

This library is in an early stage, with suppport for DMS rendering using
_MULTI_.
