Call one of omni's hooks for the shell

Usage: omni hook <hook> [options]...

Arguments:
  <hook>         Which hook to call
  [options]...   Any options to pass to the hook.

  env            Hook used to update the dynamic environment
  init           Hook used to initialize the shell
  uuid           Hook to generate a UUID
