- Restructure code in crate to use a `struct` so that the
  [Builder Pattern](https://doc.rust-lang.org/1.0.0/style/ownership/builders.html)
  can be used.
- With can now specify a `k_value` other than the original default of 1.5, which
  allows the crate to be useful in other contexts.
- **Note**: This introduces breaking changes with previous versions (we are
  still pre-v1.0.0, so it more breaking changes could still occur in future
  updates).

## July 13, 2020 - v0.3.0

- General code cleanup
- Now using [statrs](https://crates.io/crates/statrs) to calculate upper and
  lower quartiles.  This allowed for a large portion of the code to be deleted.
  **Note**: This causes a breaking change, as the input to
  `get_tukeys_outliers()` no longer allows for generic values, and requires
  `f64`.
