The genesis transaction has no predecessors, making it the root of the DAG. It defines the starting balances for all accounts in the network.

### Validation and Structure
All subsequent transactions in the DAG will eventually trace back to this genesis transaction. The structure ensures that all new transactions can validate or reference older transactions without looping back.

### Implementation Steps

#### Define the Genesis Transaction
Create a transaction that specifies the initial accounts and their balances. This transaction is manually added as the first node in the DAG.

#### Establish the DAG Rules
Set up rules to ensure that all transactions trace back to the genesis transaction, maintaining a directed acyclic structure. The rules might involve specific validation protocols, such as requiring new transactions to reference previous transactions in a way that connects back to the genesis.

#### Network Initialization
When the DAG network starts, it recognizes the genesis transaction as the foundation. Nodes in the network validate the initial state by referencing the genesis transaction.
