Converts .ply file encoding

Usage: plyparse <file> <encoding>

Arguments:
  <file>      .ply file
  <encoding>  file encoding. be for big endian, le for little endian, ascii for Ascii 

Options:
  -h, --help     Print help information
  -V, --version  Print version information
