This is a simple program that returns quotes related to programming

## Usage

```sh
# returns a random quote in "{message} - {author}" format
quoty

# returns the list of authors
quoty authors

# returns the list of quotes
quoty quotes

# returns help text
quoty help

# returns the version
quoty --version
```

## Inspiration

I really liked the quotes that show up on my desktop when I open `Hyprland`

## Future changes

I'd like to be able to add a custom `$HOME/.config/quoty/config.toml` to add
support for custom config, like custom quotes
