Usage:
1) alone: printf [filter]
2) pipe:  [paper list] | printf

Format your notes into html using mdbooks. You may
configure the web browser to use by setting the
`output.browser_command` entry in your config file.

If a paper does not have a markdown note, a new one
will be created and assigned.
