Pure rust readonly implementation of the Pwsafe [file format](https://github.com/pwsafe/pwsafe/blob/master/docs/formatV3.txt).

If you need write support take a look at [pwsafe](https://docs.rs/pwsafe/latest/pwsafe/) a other pwsafe implementation in rust, which i have not looked into.
