This is the rust implementation of the Sortable Quick Unique ID system.

# Licensing
This implementation of `SQUID` is under a `Public Domain` license called `CC0` with a fallback license of `Apache2.0` this includes but is not limited to, the `lib.rs` file and all files in the `src` directory. A copy of the license and fallback license is included in the root of this repository, named: `LICENSE` and `FALLBACK_LICENSE` respectively.
