Implementation of the hash based signature scheme SPHINCS+ in Rust. SPHINCS+ is a post-quantum signature scheme, submitted to the NIST-PQ competition.

## Benchmark

To build the benchmark file run:

    cargo build --features build-binary --bin benchmark
