FIXME: Tcov: match program executables with filenames.cpp

Notes:
    Changes to more C++ style:

        for (int64_t ii = 0; ii < (int64_t)tempRow.size(); ii++)
        {
            int64_t i1 = tempRow[ii];
            ...
        }

    becomes

        for (int64_t i1 : tempRow)
        {
            ...
        }

    and:

        for (int64_t k = 0; k < (int64_t)chHeap->size(); k++)
        {
            int64_t e = (*chHeap)[k];
            ...
        }

    becomes:

        for (int64_t e : *chHeap)
        {
            ...
        }

FIXME: remove reliance on umf_internal.h (which also brings in
umf_version.h, umf_config.h, and umf_dump.h)
