Inverter must be disabled for this selection to take effect. Different utilities require different inverter settings. This selection will define which utility settings the inverter will use. The selections will be listed with utility names and geographical locations. 'IEEE 1547' is the most common inverter compliance setting. Configure for HI Rule 14H Islands of O'ahu, Maui, Hawai'i (Big Island). If your installation is not on one of these islands, do not use this selection. When enabled, PWRcell Inverter shall export backup power at its Protected Loads output terminals to connected load. This setting does not override or interfere with the anti-islanding capabilities of the inverter. Select the Operational Modes that will be available to this installation Trigger CT calibration Clear offline devices and reset the LCD display on the front cover of the inverter Power line modem channel. Default is channel 1 Enable the inverter's power line modem. Do not disable unless guided by Generac Technical Support Reset all online devices (including those currently on different channels) to the default PLM channel (Ch 1) Set PLM channel for all devices (including inverter) that are currently on the inverter's channel (PLMCh) to the channel indicated by this register. This will not affect devices that aren't currently on PLMCh. PLMCh will also be set to the value of this register. When in Self-Supply, the CT import power level above which causes the inverter to start exporting. With sufficient battery storage and/or PV generation, this will be the maximum load the meter will see. When in Self-Supply, the CT import power level below which causes the inverter to start importing. (i.e., max rate to charge batteries from the grid) Defines the number of external automatic transfer switches installed and enables transfer switch controls. For AC Coupled PV, this must be 1. For AC Generator Integration, this must be 1 in the Flexible Coverage configuration or 2 in the Whole Home Backup configuration. Grid voltage below which to transfer local loads to the inverter, and above which to transfer loads to utility mains. Amount of time after grid voltage returns to transfer local loads back to the utility mains. Grid voltage must be above External Transer Voltage for the entire time. When enabled, prevents the batteries from charging with utility power. NOTE: THIS IS A SET ONCE ATTRIBUTE. This feature is only available for inverter firmware version >13130. To unset Zero Import or request a firmware update, please contact Generac. The limit, in watts, that the inverter is allowed to push onto the grid. This setting will only take effect if Export Limiting (above) is ENABLED. NOTE: This value can only be lowered. This feature is only available for inverter firmware version >13200. For older firmware versions, the value 32768 may appear, and it can be ignored. To reset this limit or request a firmware update, please contact Generac. NOTE: This feature requires CTs to be properly installed and calibrated prior to use. For more information on CT calibration, see the PWRcell Inverter Installation and Owners Manual. Formerly called Zero Export, this setting will inhibit the PWRcell system from exporting power to the grid. NOTE: This feature requires CTs to be properly installed and calibrated prior to use. For more information on CT calibration, see the PWRcell Inverter Installation and Owners Manual. Power rating of the attached AC Coupled PV array. Set this value to the cumulative power rating of AC Coupled PV connected to this inverter. This value must reflect what is coupled. An incorrect higher value will result in insufficient charging of the batteries; an incorrect lower value will result in the possibility of an over-voltage event. Select 1 if using PWRmanager and / or SMM devices to manage loads. Select 2 if using the PWRcell ATS Controller to manage loads (with or without SMMs). Do not use PWRmanager and PWRcell ATS Controller together for load management. This setting allows for two inverters to share one set of CTs. Set to 2 if daisy chaining CTs between two inverters. Allows setting a non-default turns ratio for the grid CTs. The default value is 1500 Nameplate power rating of the AC coupled integrated generator. If no generator is integrated, leave at 0. Set AC Generator Control Mode for Single Transfer, Source Cycling, or Always On. This setting will inhibit the PWRcell system from importing power from the grid to charge batteries. NOTE: This feature requires CTs to be properly installed and calibrated prior to use. For more information on CT calibration, see the PWRcell Inverter Installation and Owners Manual. Unlike Zero Import, this setting can be turned on/off repeatedly. Therefore, Import Override may not be accepted by utilities requiring that the batteries never be charged from the grid.
