- **Breaking** Renamed `#[svgbobdoc::doc]` to `#[svgbobdoc::transform]` because it doesn't generate `#[doc = ...]` by itself but just transforms existing `#[doc = ...]`s.
- When attached to a struct, union, or enum, `#[transform]` now transforms its fields as they cannot have attribute macros by themselves.
