Application for keeping a to-do list.
The list is written / read in the format JSON.
* To add to the list, enter in the command line:
```
cargo run -- add "your task"
```
* To mark the completion of the task, enter at the command line:
```
cargo run -- complete "your task"
```
* To view the list, enter at the command line:
```
cat db.json
```
