This is a customized version of the lm3s6965 PAC to also provide interrupt support.
We manually fixed SVD generation bugs, with I2C for example. 

This PAC is derived from [Per Lindgren's](https://crates.io/crates/lm3s6965), adapted for use at the [TU Delft for the Software Systems course](https://cese.ewi.tudelft.nl/software-systems).
