A bot plugin framework for Discord, written in Rust using the `discord-rs`
library.

## Usage

Add the following to your `Cargo.toml`:

```toml
[dependencies]
tumult = "0.1"
```

And in your `lib.rs` or `main.rs`:

```rust
extern crate tumult;
```
