WAKFLO LLC SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity)
and Wakflo LLC ("Licensor"), for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include
associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1.  LICENSE GRANT
    Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, subject to the terms and
    conditions of this Agreement.
2.  OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
    The Software is owned by Wakflo LLC and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
    Wakflo LLC retains all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
3.  RESTRICTIONS
    You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software.
    You may not distribute, rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo,
    copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Software.
4.  TERM AND TERMINATION
    This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies
    of the Software. Wakflo LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any
    term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
5.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
    The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including,
    but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
    Wakflo LLC does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the
    Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance
    of the Software is with you.
6.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    In no event shall Wakflo LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
    of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)
    arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Wakflo LLC has been advised of the
    possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability
    for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
7.  GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State],
    without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to
    this Agreement shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], [Your State], and each
    party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
8.  ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wakflo LLC with respect to the Software and
    supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written,
    between you and Wakflo LLC.
9.  SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
    remain in full force and effect.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree
    to be bound by its terms and conditions.
