Yultsur (or Yülçür) is a toolkit for [Yul] written in Rust.

## Features

Current:
- Yul AST representation
- AST to Yul source translator (the result can be used by other Yul tools and compilers)
- AST validator

Planned:
- Yul parser
- Yul compiler (integration with Solidity, through [solc-rust])
