This is a placeholder crate for Zarr tensor storage API traits.

The library is currently pre-release, so this crate exists to reserve the name and allow future incremental release of the consistuent libraries. If this placeholder is stale and you are interested in using the `zarr` crate name for other purposes, please contact the owner.
